Herbert Minniear Wounded.
(Special to the News.)
Bluffton, Ind., March 8. -- The name of Herbert C. Minniear, private, of Fort Wayne, enlisted when he resided in Bluffton, appeared in the latest causalty list as "wounded, degree undetermined." He is the soldier who had twice been listed in the casualty column, the first time as "wounded," the second as "killed in action," and for whom special memorial services were held in the First Baptist church here, just a short time before it was reported that he was in a French hospital. There is confusion here in regard to whether he might have been wounded again.
