Zanesville, Ind., Jan. 19. -- G. F. Hoopingarner, general manager of the Uniondale Rural Telephone company, transacted business for the company in Bluffton and Ossian, Wednesday.
Grover Redding and family, of Fort Wayne, who were visiting the past few days in the home of Joshua Redding, returned home Wednesday.
Mrs. Walter Espich was a Fort Wayne shopper Wednesday.

Mrs. Ella Carter, of this place, went to Fort Wayne Wednesday for a short visit. She will go from there to Peru for a visit with friends.
