Miss Winnie Falk entertained at supper Tuesday evening in honor of Dorothy Odler and Waneta Eichorn, who left Wednesday to enter a nurses’ training school at Huntington.
Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Eichorn entertained Sunday in honor of their daughter, Waneta, who left Wednesday to enter the nurses’ training school at Huntington.
Mr. and Mrs. Abe Houtz attended the Miller family reunion at Foster park, Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Ross Haflick (sic) and son, of Fort Wayne, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Haflick (sic) here, recently.
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Meeks, of Fort Wayne, were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Van Zant.
Mrs. Marrow and Mrs. Lewis Dieffenbaugh and Mr. and Mrs. John Dieffenbaugh, of Dover, Ohio, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Brown, Wednesday.

Merle Williamson, has returned to Oakland City, after visiting with his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. William Beckler.
George and Ethel Maybee, of Huntington, spent Saturday night and Sunday with Gertrude Swartz.

Hazel Jones left Wednesday to take up her nursing in an Indianapolis hospital.
