Mr. and Mrs. George Roudebush and son, Larue, and Miss Jennie Welkel spent Sunday in Huntington.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Fluke and family, Jake Brower and wife and daughter attended memorial services at the White church, west of Markle, recently.
Pauline and Lex, children of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Herran, of Markle, are visiting with their grandparents, Jake Bronner, and wife, while Mr. and Mrs. Herran are in Detroit.
A children's entertainment will be given Thursday night at the Radical U. B. church at Zanesville.
Mr. and Mrs. John Bailey and daughters and Mr. and Mrs. William Smuts and children spent Sunday with Mrs. Lola Gilbert and children at Markle.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hoffacker spent Sunday in the Chas. Gilbert home, near Bluffton.
Mr. and Mrs. Eldo Wilkinson and daughter Doris recently visited in the William Odier home.
The Methodist Ladies' Aid society will give a measuring party, consisting of a program and refreshments, Thursday night in the basement of the church.
