Elmer Meyers spent the past week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Meyers.
Mr. and Mrs. Ora Miller, son Garth and Mrs. Merle McAfee were in Fort Wayne recently.

Mrs. Charles Meyers, son Elmer and daughter Zola were in Markle recently.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sonners were in Bluffton Friday.
The Mesdames Joe Lesh and Homer McElhaney were in Markle recently.
The Ladies' Aid of the M. E. church will hold a market and bazaar in the church basement next Saturday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Lon Brickley moved last Wednesday from Waarren (sic) to the Joe Lamon property. They formerly lived here.
Little Eleanor Lesh spent over Sunday with relatives here.
Miss Estella Elick spent Sunday at this place.
Mr. and Mrs. Clint Kala and daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hoffacker and children spent Sunday in the Stanley Allen home, near Ossian.
Mr. and Mrs. Asbury Van Zant left last week for a year's visit with relatives. They are now visiting with a daughter in the southern part of the state. They will go later to North Carolina.
Mark Redding, who has been in South Dakota for some time, has returned home.
Mrs. Ella Elick, who spent last week visiting with her daughter, Mrs. Bertha McAfee, is spending this week with Mrs. Nora Dicker.
Mrs. Caroline Taylor expects to leave next week for Ohio, where she will spend the winter with her son Eli and family.
