I have BAKER's who seem to center around LAGRANGE CO. IN but I do know that my grandfather O.T. BAKER married a woman from WABASH CO. by the MARY DELPHINE SHAFFER who was born on July 16, 1913. They had a daughter together that they named ANITA ROLINE BAKER who was born on Nov. 8, 1933. The two divorced later on in 1937. MARY was the daughter of RUFUS SHAFFER and BERNICE MOE. Hi I am looking for Baker's from Croydon England. I am trying to find information on my grandmother's parents. Her name was Carrie Baker, she was born in Croydon in 1904 i believe! She later married my grandfather Erick W. Johnson from Stockholm Sweden. Carrie's family stayed in England. Her brother's were Thomas, Morris, and Ernest. If you have any information I would appericated it! Very Very Much! I also understand she had a sister by the name of Rose.

Husband's GF was Howard Baker, son of Rudolph Baker, son of Conrad Baker, all of Wabash County. I also have other children of Conrad. Conrad's wife was Magdelina (Wick?). Any connection?
