My great-grandfather Elam HOLLINGSWORTH was born 1 June 1838 in Quaker Point, Vermillion County, Indiana. He apparently left the county before his marriage in Feb 1862 in Nebraska. His parents, Jesse and Nancy, both died in Quaker Point, Indiana. Jesse in 14 Nov 1846 and Nancy in Aug 1844. Elam eventually migrated to Preston, Idaho and apparently joined the LDS (Mormon) Church at some point since my grandmother, Ida Marie HOLLINGSWORTH Stokes, was very devout until her death in 1962. Can't find Quaker Point on any maps!
