Liberty Tree & Memorial Dedication - Sons of the American Revolution

On May 22nd, the William Henry Harrison Chapter of the Indiana Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) and General de Lafayette Chapter of the DAR, will dedicate a Liberty Tree and stone at Fort Ouiatenon honoring the Patriots of the American Revolution buried in Indiana and specifically the 21 identified Patriots buried in Tippecanoe County.

The service will begin at 11:00AM. Color guard will be provided by the American Legion, Post 11 of Lafayette.

Upon completion of the service, we will meet at Christos
Restaurant on Teal Rd., Lafayette, for lunch and and to recognize the winners of the chapter's oration and essay contests.

The public is invited to attend both events.
