Rex Foutz is my Father. Carl and Vannetta Foutz are my Grandparents. Doris and Bob Clarkson are My Aunt and Uncle. Thank you for your posting on him. Would love copies of any clippings you can find on him. He married my Mom in 1951. He died in 1994. He is loved and missed very much.
