Peter R Smith is supposed to be some relative of the Green/e in Rockport. I found him living with Quiller and Nancy alma Green in the 1900, 1910, and 1920 census. One said he was a boarder, another said he was a great uncle, and the last said he was a grandfather. He was born approx Jul 1843 in Tennessee. His mother was born in Tennessee and his father Virginia.
1880- I found him in spencer county living with the Shoptaugh as a laborer and in 1870 with the Tipmores -- here also was Elizabeth Smith age 14 (1856) (could be his sister).

Im looking for parents or siblings and a death record. He disappears in the 1930 census so my guess is he died between 1920-1930.
