Looking for any information about J. J. Overmyer. His WWI Draft Registration Card has the name John Joy (or Jay) Overmyer. His address is Kouts, and his occupation is grain dealer. I have not found him in the 1920 Federal Census in Porter, Jasper, or La Porte counties.

There are several Overmyers buried in & around Somerset, Ohio. I found their graves while looking for my Brandt family.

There is an old Lutheran Cemetery on Gay St. in Somerset which is one block off the main st. that has Overmyers and also an old cemetery out in the country outside of Somerset to the west that has lots of Overmyers. The name of that one excapes me right now but I could do some digging & find out if you're interested.
