Hi, I am trying to gather information about the Sthair family, some of whom lived in Owen County. The biggest problem I'm encountering is that the family name seems to have been spelled in all kinds of different ways in the earlier years. Later, the family seems to have all used Sthair as the spelling, but I couldn't be sure that some family members didn't change to something more common at some point. At any rate, the census has all kinds of variations for people I have identified as belonging to this family. Any help in piecing together their background would be useful.
