Would like to exchange info with others researching Timothy Ward, a Rev. War Soldier from NJ who died in Dearborn Co. and is buried in Olive Branch Cemetery in Pike Township. Known children are: AARON (moved to Fulton Co, IL) ZEALAH (married Samuel Graham and stayed in Ohio Co) EBER,(lived in Dearborn and Ohio Co...1850 was in Carroll Co, KY) TIMOTHY Ward,JR (married Rebecca Wallace and stayed in Ohio County)JOHN (married his cousin Hannah Ward in Dearborn Co and moved to Fulton Co, IL.).

I am a descendant of Timothy Ward and Elizabeth Zeluff, (of Ohio County, Indiana) through Timothy II (or Timothy Jr.) and Rebecca Wallace, and thir son George Wallace Ward (who married Mary Ellen Harvey in Iowa). I am also interested in comparing notes and making contact with extended family. Some of the descendents I have a lot on, others almost none.

I am a gr gr grandson of david calvin ward whose father is james w ward I last found them in decatur county iowa in 1880 census before that they were in washington county iowa in the 1860 census in the 1850 census hancock county illinois david was living with his father james and his mother nancy they were married in knox county illinois in 1842
james was born in indiana about 1820 nearby in hancock county there is a david ward age 65 born in penn.and esther ward age 64 born in ny they have a daughter esther age 15 born in indiana my assumsion is that james is a son of david and esther but i cant prove it I found david in fulton county ill. in the1840 census and then in indiana in the 1830 census dearborn county i am hoping someone has some information on this family that will confirm all of this i have looked everywhere i can think of the only way i will find anymore is if someone helps me

George Wallace Ward and Mary Ellen Harvey were my greatgrand parents. Their son William Laurence was my Dad's father who was Marion. I have a picture of George Wallace with his three daugters, Martha, Rosella, and Mary Ellen. My cousin had a picture of William inserted. There was also a son John M.

I am a descendant of Timothy Ward's daughter Zelah, down the Graham line -> Timothy Ward, Zelah Ward (Graham), Timothy Ward Graham, William A. Graham, George Graham, Vere Graham (my great-grandfather). Does anyone have any detailed information about Timothy Ward's life in SW Pennsylvania -- deeds, church records, etc.? I'm trying to find out who Samuel Graham's father was by learning about Timothy Ward when he was living in Butler County, PA. I would also like more information about the descendants of Samuel's various children, who have all been difficult to track down.
