Gosh I have looked everywhere and can't find OHio Co. or Rising Sun city directories online. I am trying to track down the actual death of Almon and Rachel Scranton. Strange thing was they were living in Pope, Co. Ill. around 1880 but in a history book it lists Almon Scranton as being a Tailor in the town of Rising Sun until 1885. If some knows of a book online or can look it up I would be so very grateful.
