I believe Clint Lemons was my gg grandfather. He is known for being a drinker and wanderer and was from Grant County, Indiana. Do you have any newspaper or court stories on the shooting?

I only found one reference on Chronlicing America which led me to the shooting story and to look for him in Morgan County.
