Need help on Georgia A Parnell who married John M Shirk in 1861 Montgomery County,Indiana. We have the Ancestry.com record of the marriage.but we know nothing else about her except:
Born 2 June 1835 in Indiana Died 14 Jan 1898 Montgomery,Indiana.She is buried in Pisgah Cemetery,Beckville,Montgomery,Ind.
Since she was about 26 years old when she married John could Parnell have been her married named to a man named Parnell? I have searched all censuses prior to her marriage but cannot pin her down. Your help is appreciated.
