Does anyone know of any relationship between the Hamptons who were in Martin Co. between 1846 and 1900 and the Alexanders who were there during that period?

If so, please let me know, and also go to FamilySearch and do a search for a marriage between "John Hamplton" and "Polly Elexander" (the spelling is bad in the document). Look at the document and let me know if you can identify the people in it.
