Hi, my name is Kaye Hoard Jennings from hawkins co. Tn. I am interesting in your link about the Hoard's, especially from Va. to Tn. I am trying to find children of William Hoard that married Mary Polly Hoard in Rockingham Va and moved to Hawkins Co. Tn. district 15. There was two William Hord, Hoard's in Hawkins Co. Tn, one in the New Canton area and one in district 15, Dodson creek area. This is where the William Hoard, mary Polly lived and I have found info. that he had a Ambrose, William, George and James M. Hoard. THE document shows there was 11 heirs so I think that my Thomas Hoard married Frances may one of his children also. Most people has the other william as the father of these children married nancy but do not believe this is true as he married later than some of these were born.
