I am looking for this relative. I first find him purchasing land in Jennings County dated August 6, 1818. Believe he is a brother to Jonatha Davis (my ggg grandfather who also purchase's land same day Aug 6, 1818 in Jennings Co & my gggg grandfather Elijah Davis purchase's land same day Aug 6, 1818 in Jennings County)

Next I find on the 1820 census for Jennings County, IN Elijah is on page 078 and Joshua Davis / Jonathan Davis on page 079.

I know that Elijah and Jonathan move onto Decatur County early in 1820's.

What I would like to know if what happened to this Joshua? On the 1820 census it show a family of 4 individuals. Where did he go or did he stay in Jennings County?
My Jonathan moved to Decatur County In and later to Clay County, Illinois then came back to Decatur County and died in 1844.
