You are quite observant to question the data and point out the discrepancies. I'm quite convinced that Mary, Richard, and John [and others] are the children of Joseph Wainscott, Sr and Catherine. Not only is there a problem with so many John, Abraham, and Isaacs but there is duplication among the wives. There were several Catherines.
