I am researching ROBERT DAVIS (born around 1849 Indiana) & KATE MCKNIGHT DAVIS (born around 1849 Indiana) of Jefferson County Indiana. Lucy Davis born July 1869 in Indiana, daughter of Robert & Kate ended up in Trimble & Carroll County, Kentucky then eventually settled in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have never found ANY information on the parents to date.

Lucy married twice. First to Andrew Durham in 1887 in Jefferson County Indiana (found in Jefferson Co Marriage Index). Second to Eli Jeffers in 1902 in Trimble or Carrollton County Kentucky.

I have very little info on the family before 1900, only that all were born in Indiana, no solid dates for the parents.

Please, if anyone has any information on the Davis family or can anyone point me in the direction I need to go. Any leads would be greatly appreciated...
