I am seeking any information on the family of Solomon WATSON (born abt 1793 in NCarolina, married Mary SHOULZ in Washington Co Indiana 25Jun1823,moved to Morgan Co Indiana & purchased land from 08Sep1823- 30Mar1847, lived in Adams Twp Morgan Co Indiana in 1850,abt 1853 moved family to Iowa,1856 lived in Sugar Creek Twp Poweshiek Co, 1860 lived/farmed in Union Twp Poweshiek Co. Mary died in 1877 in Union Twp Poweshiek Co Iowa & in 1883 Solomon died in Seymour JacksonCo Indiana both are buried in Poweshiek Co, IA.

According to family information the two known siblings of Solomon WATSON are Mary WATSON RIVERS (born abt 1794 in NCarolina, married J. Richard RIVERS, moved to Poweshiek Co, Iowa) and Simon WATSON (born abt 1811 in NCarolina married Samira BOWMAN WATSON, moved to Morgan Co, Indiana). Family information also identifies the father of Solomon, Mary & Simon as Jacob WATSON (of North Carolina, lived in Washington Co Indiana in 1820 & then moved to Jackson Co Indiana). To date, I have not been able to confirm Jacob WATSON as the father of Solomon and have not located any additional siblings. I am seeking any information regarding this family. THANK YOU!!!!
