Dear Kim,

The Bowmans and Donahues lived near Retreat. Mu Uncle Mike Donahue died about May 24,1955 and his wife, Lena Harper Donahue died in September 0f 1982. Wilbur Donahue of Sheridan, Indiana was researching the family in 1991. He is listed in the White Pages site on the Internet. You probably know what I have given you but you might write Wilbur.

Randy.

Do you happen to know who the parents were of Minnesota (Minnie) Bowman Donahue were. And do you happen to know her
birth date?

Dear Jim,

Sorry I don't have much information on Minnie. The Federal Censuses give her date of birth about 1849. You probably know buut the family lived in Vernon Township, Jackson County, IN. The nearest funeral home was/is Kovener & Sons in Crothersville. If I ever get to the Seymour Library I'll try to see what they have.

Wilbur,
I am also researching this line. My husband is John & Minnie's gr-grandson-- he is from John Earl's line in KY. How are you connected? I have Minnie (Minnesota?) born in 1863 in IN. Is this correct? How far back do you have the Donahue's? Thanks for any info. You may post here or e-mail me directly.
