I don't THINK my Mary Polly Dunn who m. James Milner is from So. Carolina...the census records show a Kentucky birth...but I do not know anything further...it could be a coincidence...I just dont know as of today.
I'll send you a detailed research project outlinig what I currently know!

I am descended from Samuel Agnew Dunn of Hancock County. Samuel was born in S.C. in I believe 1775 and died in Mt.Comfort, Ind. in 1846. I don't have my exact dates here at work. His wife was Mary (Polly) McGee. There were married in S.C. and went to Indiana around 1823. If this is "your" Samuel Dunn, Mary would not have been born in Kentucky but South Carolina. My Samuel Dunn's parents were James Dunn (1734-1805) and Agnes Agnew (1740-1815) who are buried in S.C. If this is your line, give me a cyberbuzz.

YYour family is identical to mine. My father's family lived
in Donalds,S.C.. Thanks for Marys correct birth place. I have nine children listed for James D.(1734-1805) married to Agnes Agnew(1740-1815). Do you have any info. relating to
any of the appearances,personalities,life styles,public info.,ie marriage info.,jail? deaths, including murders ect.
Anything at all will be appreciated. What about Samuel in
Indiana? If you have needs let me know, but I am limited.
