I am looking for any info anyone may know about John W. Perkins that married Martha M. Hays(Hayes) in Hamilton Co. 12 Apr. 1873.
I think John may have died in Hamilton Co. in 1879/1880 as Martha is on the 1880 census in Lawrence Co. with 2 small children but John is not with her. I know he died when the children were very young.
Anyone know anything about this family? Is there anyone in the area that could look for a death record or cemetry record for me. I am in TX so looking for things in IN is not all that easy from here.
