Morrison, born 1796, North Carolina, married Elizabeth McCord 1819 Butler Co., Ohio; he is found in Butler Co., Ohio in 1820; by 1840 he has moved to Davis Township, Fountain Co., Indiana; in 1850 he is enumerated with "Marinda" and the following children: James, age 25; Adeline, age 18; Elizabeth, age 16; Anice, age 13; Edwin, age 7; Catharine, age 5. John died in Fountain Co. 22 May 1861. I am hoping to find out more about this family - what became of wife Elizabeth? When did he marry Marinda? Where are they buried?
