i find christopher burk buried in cold springs cemetery near veedersburg. born 1821, died 1875. he is the only burk buried there according to the records.
margaret burk married fernandis munson on dec. 30, 1919 in fountain county. fernandis is buried in the riverside cemetery in attica. he was in ww1 with the US army. he was born in 1891 and died in 1922. so it looks like he and margaret were only married about 3 years when he died. several munsons are buried in riverside, but i find a martin BURK munson also buried in riverside. he was born sept. 9, 1920 and died april 18, 1991.
george burk married mary hinshaw on feb. 15, 1891 in fountain county.
i found this little information in my research materials here in my home. the fountain county genealogy center in veedersburg has so much more. the center has obits that would prob help you in your research. the obits start in the 1930's, but tell so much information.
