Searching for the siblings of Mathew Rankin SMITH b. 1809 Washington Co., PA & Esther Ann CARTER who married in Muskingum Co., OH in 1832. They raised their family of 14 children in Wheeling, Delaware Co., IN. We believe Mathew's parents to be William & Catherine SMITH.
