Hi, I'm trying to get baptismal or marriage records in Dearborn Co. dating back to 1832-1840. The children were born from 1836-1840's. For some reason I can find anything listing old churches or were the records might be. I don't even see a good Historical Soc. for Dearborn Co.,
is this a real small town ??
If anyone has done research in this area during that time or has any ideas on finding baptismal records for this area as I don't know for sure what kind of church they went to but thought since most Scranton's were Presbyterian I'd try that first, but they could have been another religion. Would love some insight on this area and it's records or sources as online isn't to great.
