I am not related to your Land or Tucker, but I found some clues if you wish to pursue them. In the 1850 census these people live in Crawford County, in Union township, listed on page 001: Harrison Land, Jacob H. Land, Mary J. Land, and Fountain F. Land. They seem like good candidates as Angeline's possible parents. Also a Dicy Land is listed on the same page and a John Tucker. Could either be a parent of the couple? The fact that they live so close to each other and to a John Tucker makes it seem possible. I hope this is useful to your search.
