My grandfather, Horace Victor Burlock, according to his obituary, was born Nov. 3, 1869 in Fort Wayne, IN to Samuel Burlock and Dorothy DeStroup. I can not find Dorothy anywhere. Samuel remarried and died in NJ. He was a Civil War veteran.
