Is there anyone out there that can lookup a AR or LA WW1 registration for me at the Allen Co. Public Library? His name is Floyd Edward McCarty. He was b. in 1894 in IL, His family moved to AR and he went to LA in about 1919. I feel very sure that he will be in AR. I know he's not in IL.
