Dewey W. Roth, 68, of 3804 Grayston Ave. died at 4:2 am yesterday in Lutheran Hospital, where he had been a patient 1 1/2 days.

He retired from North American Van Lines in 1971 after 13 years of service and had been a driver 32 years for the Fort Wayne Transit Co. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Geraldine; a son, Robert W. of Leo; a daughter, Mrs. Richard Longenecker, Smyrna, Ga.; a sister, Mrs. Roy Miller, Fort Wayne; and a brother, Edward of Monroeville.

Services will be at 2 pm Monday at Zwick Funeral Home, Decatur, with burial in Decatur Cemetery. Calling will be after 2 pm Saturday.
