Rufus Kneuss, 81, Celina, a native of Geneva, died early Saturday at his home.

Born Oct. 13, 1910, in Geneva, he was the son of Abraham and Barbara (Von Gunten) Kneuss, he was married June 30, 1935 to Clara Habegger, who survives.

He was a graduate of Geneva High School and charter member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina.

He was employed at Amstutz Poultry Farms and Celina Lumber Co. He was also a retired partner of the Gospel Gift and Book Shop.

Surviving besides his wife are two sons, Anthony Kneuss, Celina, and David Kneuss, Indianapolis; one daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Martha) Oliver, Celina; two sisters, Ida Templer, Fort Wayne and Lillie Augsburger, Berne; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held today at the Grace Missionary Church. Burial was in the MRE Cemetery, Berne.

W. H. Dick and Sons Funeral Home, Celina, was in charge of arrangements.
