CARL LEHMAN DIES AT BERNE

BERNE - Carl H. Lehman, 83, retired farmer, died here at 3:40 p.m. yesterday in the Hossman Hospital, where he had been a patient since suffering a stroke last Easter.
A native of Switzerland, he is survived by four sons: Marcus, Cincinnati; Arthur, Fort Wayne; Ellis C., Berne; and Paul, Des Moines, Ia.; one daugher, Mrs. Anna Haecker, Berne; 20 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Emil Nagel, Sr., Berne.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Mennonite Church with the Rev. Olin A. Krehbiel officiating. Burial will be in the MRE Cemetery. Friends may call at the Yager Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
