MRS. LYDIA FOX DIES IN BERNE
BERNE, Ind. Feb. 7 - Mrs. Lydia Fox, 81, widow of William Fox, died at 4 p.m. yesterday at her home here, where she had been bedfast 10 days.
She was a native and lifelong resident of this community.
Surviving are three sons: Albert, near Berne; and Milo and Jesse, near Monroe; two daughters, Mrs. Calvin Dubach, near Linn Grove, and Mrs. Rufus Kirchhofer, R. R. 2, Decatur; 19 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The body, removed to the the Yager Mortuary, will be returned to the residence, where friends may call after 7:30 today.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Cross Evangelical and Reformed Church, of which Mrs. Fox was a member, with the pastor, the Rev. C. A. Schmid, officiating. Burial will be in the M.R.E. cemetery.
