I would like to know if anyone lives in Makanda, Ill.? I would appreciate a lookup of a marriage between Robert Loy Elliott and Texas Permilia Ferrill. I'm guesssing at the marriage date--1880 or after. Robert Loy Elliott was born 1857 in Kentucky and Texas Permilia Ferrill was born March 28, 1967. Would appreciate a copy of the marriage certificate or any looking at these family connections. Would pay for the copy!
