Thank you so much for your help. I have also found this information. I have searched USGENWEB for Clark Co. They have alot of information. I found Spinney to be spelled Spenney and Spenny as well. I've just learned that ancestry.com has added Michigan State Census records for 1894 last week. I am going to search those today and maybe find a clue. (Note: Eva Grace Spinney, married Herman L.
