I am looking for other woman who delivered at the salvation army maternity home? Booth hospital in chicago IL.in and or around 1965.I was adopted after being born there and am looking for a woman who may have info on the home and might by the grace of god remember my birth mother.I was born on the 3rd of February in the early morning and my b-mom gave me the birth name of sherry lynn lewandowski which has led me to beleive that she would carry that last name herself.She was 19 at the time that she had me.Any info will be greatly appreciated....
