I have just started researching my family. My grandfather was Coleman Kindred. Coleman died Aug. 8, 1946. I believe his parents were Overton (Ove) Kindred Jr. and Sarah Francis. I can tell you that Coleman married Grace Watkins. His siblings were (from what I can tell): Mary Elizabeth, Melissa Jane, China Ellen, Sarah Frances, Asa Anderson, Susan Alice, Dovie D., Dollie, and Ovie (and maybe Pearl, I'm not sure). Coleman and Grace children were: Angie, Ruth, Viola, Mary, Beatrice, Betty, Phyllis (my mom), Bobbie, and Jesse. Coleman and Grace lived in and are buried in Villa Grove, Illinois.
