i have traced nelson hinds it is martha howard who is elusive and the only information i have with her name on it is the marriage record from kentucky which provides no birth date and the 1830 census which would make her 15 to 20 years old i did find another source that says martha's name was catherine but this was an interview type thing it gives no birth date and much of the information in the interview was inaccurate according to records so on kentucky marriage records she was martha howard no birth date listed and because it was from a dodd transcription on ancestry there is no bondsman listed and no birth dates nothing for a catherine howard nelson hinds is listed on the internet or on ancestry except for the one record in the history of the hinds family and much of that information is incorrect according to other records so Martha Howard perhaps Catherine Martha Howard remains elusive
