Hi, trying to locate information on my mother's birth parents, Jerome and Marcia West. The only clues I have so far are a summons to court for the adoption hearing in 1938. This took place in Chicago, Illinois. If anyone has a clue as to how to find this info I'd be very happy, cause I'm hittin a dead end so far.
