I have Luca on two ship manifests, 1921 and then again in 1924. In 1924, he already had a place of residence in Chicago, he was leaving his wife Frances behind in Italy (VillaFranca, Sicily)who unfortunately doesn't arrive in the USA until November, 1926. Luca passed in March of 1925, Francesca 12 MAR 1928.
They are both buried at Mt. Carmel.

It looks to me as though Frank DeMarco was sentenced but then further down it says "stricken"? I can't imagine him being indicted for manslaughter and then having it stricken?

I will look into ordering a coroners record on this, I wonder if they would have court papers?
