I am searching for the birth place and parents of Joseph I. C. Watkins. He was born between 1862-1872 and some time before 1889 moved to Kansas. I located him in Sedgwick county in 1889 being mariied to Ida ALice Evans. I am still trying to find all of HIS 5 children as well. He had supposidly died before the 1900 census, when it showed his wife as a widow. Any help locating Joseph's parents , family and birth place, I would appreciate.
