I'm trying to find a record or list of Constables in Williamson Co. in 1898.

I know that GEORGE GREEN was a Constable in Williamson Co. in 1898 from a newspaper article I found concerning a horse thief and his demise. I don't know what other yrs. George Green might have served as Constable.

Family stories had said George was a Deputy Sheriff in Williamson Co. but I never found any proof of that until I found this article listing him as a Constable. Family stories do have holes in them.

Any help or info. would be greatly appreciated!
