I am looking for a home for the above book. It was in the collection of a deceased member of the Elgin (IL) Genealogical Society. The book was published in 1984 by the Illiana Genealogical and Historical Society.

Please contact me if you are interested.

I would be very interesting in the 3 items you posted about. I've been slowly collecting things about Vermilion County History, and would love to continue to expand the collection I have. (I have also sent you an email.)

Please give these to the Vermilion co library. These things are treasures and they give out info to the public over the phone. I know my family's record is in this book. It is a treasure and should be copied and put online. Please don't give this to a private collector. The public needs all 3 books for info.

This can help so many of us solve our family heritage. Also pape mortuary can post the weddings on line with their collection. Call them as well. Lolaann99

Ancestry.com would put this info and copy it and put it online...call them. Lolaann99 Then we could all have it throughout the world. After they copied it I'd make sure pape copies the marriage license then order it donated to the Vermilion Co Library. Then the true families would all benefit from the book. Lolaann99
