Blanche Ann Marie Chiapelli, 65 of Collinsville, IL, born 11 Aug 1927 in Lebanon, IL, died Saturday, 3 Jul 1993 at her residence.

She was preceeded in death by her husband, Joe Chiapelli; her parents, Henry and Ann, nee Deerhake, Mensing; a brother, Eugene Mensing.

Surviving are a daughter, Vicki Ashton of Collinsville, IL; a sister, Ethel Cornelison of Belleville, (St Clair County, IL), 3 grandaughters, Brandi O'Rourke, Falon Chiapelli and Samantha Ashton, all of Collinsville, IL; 2 grandsons, Josef Chiapelli and Tommy Ashton both of Collinsville.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wed 7 Jul 1993 at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL with Rev Stephen Fox officiating. Burial will take place in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Belville, IL.

Friends may call between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Tues, 6 Jul at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
