Updates to the AHGP Peoria &
Stark County websites include the following:
Sincere thanks to John for his contributions - numerous headstone photos from Mt. Hawley, Prospect and Princeville cemeteries. Besides the headstones, John supplied a great deal of biographical information on these folks as well, which I added to the headstone information. But Wait! There's More! John also contributed burial information on 800+ of our ancestors!! I added another meager ~200 individuals to the mix, so the Cemetery section of the site has been well-updated. Thanks for all your support in this endeavor, John!
http://www.just1way.org/Peoria/Cem/Patsy has submitted many, many headstone photos from Wyoming, Toulon, and Snareville cemeteries in
Stark County. Patsy, as always, thank you for your generosity!
http://www.just1way.org/Stark/CemJan submitted her research on the descendants of James
Harkness of
Peoria County - a very thorough, well-documented work. Mike also updated his work on the Richard
Emery family, with many more details. Thanks Jan and Mike!
http://www.just1way.org/Peoria/DGRebecca and Wilma shared a copy of an incredible postcard of the Toulon Fishing Club (
Stark co.). They were looking for additional information on this club, and several of us have been unable to find anything. Has anyone heard of it? If you have information to share, let me know. Many thanks to Rebecca and Wilma for sharing this rare postcard.
