Looking to meet up with Kneplers to find Patricia Knepler McGuire's ancestors. Her father, Peter Knepler, ran booze for the police and judges in Southern CA during prohibition. Bible says they came from New Berlin, IL. Can't seem to find a Peter in the few Kneplers from that area. Wondering if it is from another township in Sangamon. All help appreciated.
