Searching for the parents of Isaac RHINE and Sarah E. ROBARDS married 23 Nov 1843 Gallatin Co., IL. Isaac and Sarah and their family were in the 1850, 1860, and 1870 Saline Co., IL census. Both were born 1819/20 Isaac in Tennessee and Sarah Kentucky. When did they die? Buried? Did they move?
